Mixing & Storage Water Tank
Mixing tank and storage tank are essential accessories required in wet wipes formulation process.
The role of mixing tank is to mix wet wipes ingredients with purified water in the formulation room. The lotion after proper mixing will then be transferred to wet wipes production line and added to wipes during the “wetting” process.
In normal practice, two mixing tanks are recommended in consideration of ease of cleaning. One to mix fragranced formulation, the one for non-fragranced formulation.
Storage tank is to store purified water before mixing it with wet wipes ingredients.
