What about machine installation and commissioning? Would you send someone to our factory for machine installation and operation training?
Maximum of 2 DROID personnel will complete installation, commissioning and training one nominated technician at the Buyer’s premises max. in 7 days exclusive of the traveling time.
Travel, housing, and other logistics expenses are not included And shall be invoiced at actual cost to Customer.
Training is provided to all employees who are in contact with our equipment.
We aim for all employees to gain a full understanding of our equipment and its capabilities to un- leash its full potential.
Please specifically describe your warranty terms.
One -year warranty, with Long-term spare parts supply.
(Excluded from the warranty are problems due to accidents, misuse, misapplication, storage damage, negligence, or modification to the Equipment or its components. ALSO THE EASY BROKEN SPARE PART IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE GUARANTEE).
During this period of warranty, if there is something wrong with the machine, we are responsible to provide project for solving this problem at the soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
As Per our past experience, we do the maintenance by video or by other forms of easy-accessible media instructions and it is not complicated to follow the video instruction for minor repairing. We are fully prepared for any after-sale problems.
How do you ensure quality of the machine before delivery?
Machines will be tested for their performance, speed and productivity in harsh conditions by final quality control teams before delivery.
A Factory Acceptance Test will be conducted for client’s approval in accordance with the agreed specification / Contract; all testing materials are to be supplied on free of charge DDP basis to DROID for this purpose.
What is the purchase procedure?
